No. Quotes are most useful for larger or repeat orders, but any request gets a reply.
Where stock allows, yes: ask in your request and we will say how many vials of one lot can be reserved, so a study runs on a single certificate.
Put your purchase order number in the request. It is printed on the pro-forma and the invoice.
Within two working days of payment for stock items, by tracked UK delivery. The quote states the lead time for anything awaiting a new lot.
