No. An order can be placed as a guest with a name, an email address and a delivery address. The order reference and the email are what a later certificate request is matched against, so keep the reference — it is shown on the confirmation and sent with it.
No. Give one if you are ordering for an institution, company or research group and it is recorded on the account and on every order placed from it.
Order history in one place, addresses kept for next time, and every certificate reachable from the order it arrived on rather than by quoting a reference. An account created on a domain already on record also joins the organisation already held against it, so its details and any confirmation carry over.
Yes. There is a field for a purchase order reference at checkout, on guest orders as well as account orders, and it is carried onto the order record and onto the paperwork.
Ordering and delivery
By bank transfer. Placing an order shows the company bank details and your order reference, and emails them to you. Your bank confirms the payee name before you send — it should match NEXAFLOW RESEARCH LIMITED, the company registered at Companies House as number 17487572. You are emailed when the payment is matched, and the order is dispatched within 2 working days. Unpaid orders are held for 7 days. The bank details never change: do not act on any message asking you to pay a different account.
Payments are matched to orders by the order reference on working days. As soon as a payment is matched, an email confirms it and the order status changes to Paid on the order page. If a payment has not been confirmed within two working days of sending it, email the order reference to us.
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment, on a tracked service within the United Kingdom. The dispatch email carries the tracking reference and the lot number supplied for each line; the same details are on the order page.
Not at present. Orders are delivered to UK addresses only.
No. Pricing is quoted per milligram alongside the vial price and does not change with the number of vials ordered. A larger fill has a lower rate per milligram because it contains more material, not because it is a promotion.
A flat rate per order, shown at checkout, which covers tracked delivery and insulated packaging. There is no threshold above which it is waived.
Usually. Any SKU that is out of stock can be registered for notification, and the alert is sent when a released lot is assigned to it.
Specification and certificates
Against the lot rather than the compound. The lot number printed on the vial label can be entered into certificate lookup, or the certificate can be opened from the order in an account.
The product page gives the standard specification for the compound — sequence, formula, molecular weight and the purity it is supplied to. The values measured for the lot you receive, including its purity, are on that lot's certificate of analysis, which is linked from your order once it is dispatched.
At −20 °C, protected from light and moisture. The full specification, including handling on receipt, is on the quality and testing page.
The label states gross mass. Net peptide content — the proportion that is peptide rather than counter-ion, residual water or salts — is stated on the certificate for the lot, and is the figure to work from when preparing a solution of known concentration.
Returns
Unopened vials can be returned within 14 days of delivery where they have been stored as specified since delivery. Once a vial has been opened its specification can no longer be relied upon, so it cannot be returned to stock. Anything supplied that does not meet the specification on its certificate is replaced or refunded in full.
